映画|ファイナル・デッドパーティ|Night of the Demons

楽しいハロウィーン。

お色気むんむんのおねーちゃん3人組（モニカ・キーナ、ディオラ・ベアード、ボビ・スー・ルーサー）が、驚異の肉食美女アンジェラさん（シャノン・エリザベス）が主催するパーティに行く。

そのパーティ会場は『ブルサード・マンション（Broussard Mansion）』といって、ここらじゃ有名なオバケ屋敷で、85年前に奇怪な事件が起きたそうな。当時の女主人エヴァンジェリン（Tatyana Kanavka）が首吊り自殺し、そこにいたはずの6人の客が全員消えちゃったという。いったいナニがあったんでしょうか。

主催者アンジェラの目的はお金儲けである。パーティ好きな連中を集めて、どんちゃん騒ぎ。楽しくガッポリ稼ごうではないかという話で、彼女はこの企画をずいぶん前から計画し、抜かりなくやったもんで、そこらじゅうのいかれぽんちが集合した。大盛況。到着したおねーちゃんたちは、各自の元カレと再会し「あーら、ひさしぶりー」つって喜んだりする。

エドワード・ファーロングも元カレのひとりなんだが、彼はサエない風情のヤクの売人で、ここにくる途中でこわいギャング（ジェイミー・ハリス）に「もっとヤクを売れ売れ！」と脅されてきたところであるからして、パーティを楽しむなんて余裕はないのであり、せっせと売りまくって、潮干狩りをするみたいに儲かってそうだから、これならギャングにお仕置きされずにすむのかな。よかったですね。

そうこうやって盛り上がったところで、セクシー衣装のアンジェラさんがジャジャーンと出てくる。歓迎スピーチをカマしたら、ゲストのみなさんは大喜び。わーわー。オーイエー！

Angela: Hey, bitches! Ready for a wild Halloween? Yeah, only sick bastards like you would come to a place like this. It's home to everything dark and twisted in the human soul!

大成功ですなあ、うっしっし。

と思ったら、ポリスがやってきておじゃんになる。「不許可営業ですよ。はい、解散」といわれてぜんぶパー。あーあー。大勢の客たちは文句をいいつつ退場。アンジェラは正規の手続きで建物を借りたんだが、入場料を取っていたから営業許可が要るんだそうで。こんなケチがつくなんてツイてません。この先、別のもんが彼女に憑いちゃうわけですが。

みんなが出て行って、あたりはひっそりと静まり返る。落胆するアンジェラ + 3人の女たち + 3人の男たち（エドワード・ファーロング、ジョン・F・ビーチ、マイケル・コポン）だけが建物に居残り、うだうだやってたら、建物の地下にガイコツを発見。なんすか、これ、と思ったら、この家にとり憑く悪魔が出てきておったまげる！

悪魔はアンジェラに憑依する。彼女はぐじゅぐじゅバケモノ顔に変身し、他の連中を襲いだす。この映画の悪魔ってのは、キスをする／セックスをする／噛みつく、といった行為を介して憑依する仲間を増やしていくのです。生き残った連中はわーわーと逃げ回りつつ、やがてひとりづつぐじゅぐじゅ悪魔に変えられちゃう！

逃げ回るうちに、85年前の秘密やら悪魔の意図が明かされていきます。昔も今も『7人』という人数が一致しているという点が、なにやら秘密の核心らしいよ。

感想

よかった。オリジナル版の『悪霊たちの館/呪われたハロウィンパーティー (1988)』は高校生たちが主役の、下品なギャグ + びっくりグロ特殊効果が印象的なB級ホラーだったですが、リメイク版はぐっと大人っぽくなりました。下品なお笑いはなくなったけど、お色気むんむんの巨乳美女がいっぱい出てくるし、こわがらせ手法もおもしろい。

「わー、きもちわりー！」ってかんじだけど、あっけらかんとしているから、普段ホラー映画なんか観ないっていうひとでもオッケーなんじゃないですか。みんなでわーわー観たら楽しいよ。

アダム・ギーラッシュ監督は『解体病棟 (2008)』もそうだったですが、グログロショッカーの加減がうまいなと。やりすぎず、ぬるくなく。みたいな。

映画の最初のほうで、ピンクのミニスカ衣装の熟女が出てきて、盛大にケツをまくって、子供たちをにんまりさせていましたが、彼女はオリジナル版にてスザンヌ役を演じたリネア・クイグリーです。

あのケツまくりは彼女のキメポーズです。オリジナル版ではアレをコンビニでやってました。彼女がバーンとケツをまくって店員たちの目をそらしているすきに、アメリア・キンケイド演じるアンジェラさんがガッポガッポと万引きをしまくるという設定だったんですよ。いいカメオでしたね。オバサンになってもいいケツしてました。さすが。

ディオラ・ベアードが演じた「口紅をオッパイに突き刺す！」という手品ワザも、リネア・クイグリーの印象シーンでした。でもリメイク版のほうでは、さらにその先があるからびっくりしました。消えた口紅が流血マンコから出てくるなんてよく考えましたね。おどろいたおどろいた。

エンドロールの最後に小ネタがあるから忘れずに観よう！

メイキングを観てたら、監督もキャストのみなさんも「オリジナル？観ましたよ。とってもおもしろいですわ」つって、オマージュ的な話をしてるんだが、エドワード・ファーロングだけ「おれ、そっちは観てないっす」とかいいやがるの。あの顔で、タバコぷかぷか吸いながらいいやがるんで「怠惰なやつだなー」といいたくなった。

モニカ・キーナはやっぱりかわいいなーとおもった。

Maddie: Eons ago, these demons defied divine law and tried to take the place of the devil. As a punishment, they were bound together and cast out of hell. But there's always a loophole. If demons could possess seven people over the course of one Halloween night, they'd be free. And that's where Evangeline came in. When she was practicing spells, these were the demons she contacted. They tricked her into inviting people over for a seance. The demons just needed seven bodies, and as soon as the ritual started, they started possessing people. Once one person had turned, all they had to do was kiss or bite someone to possess al the rest as well. Soon, six people turned into demons. And they only needed one more. But they can't use a dead body, only a living one. So when Evangeline realized she wouldn't make it till dawn, she killed herself to keep the demons from getting out. So, there it is.
Jason: I don't understand something. What kind of demon gets cast out of hell?
Maddie: These ones. They were bad-ass. They couldn't even follow hell's rules.
Colin: So we're the only thing standing between them, and the end of the world. That's awesome.
Maddie: Yep. And Jason was right. They really don't like the rusted iron.
Jason: Yeah. Told you!
Colin: Well, come on. I mean, that's completely random.
Maddie: No, not really. Demons are made from ancient elements. Iron's an ancient element. Rust corrupts it. So, you put the two together, and demons don't like it.
Jason: That makes sense.
Colin: Well, whether I want to believe this or not, I mean, these bastards want to kill us, right? So, we don't really have any choice.
Maddie: Yeah. They only have tonight. Halloween. It gets light at 6:00. We wait until dawn.

Maddie: Demons?! Not so smart.

guy: Angela here? Here to pick up the sound equipment.
Maddie: It's inside.
guy: Wild party, huh?
Maddie: Yeah, you have no idea.

girl: Are you almost done?
Nigel: Not yet!
